The benefits of Shiatsu
Shiatsu appeals to the ki in the body through directional pressure, light manipulations and stretching. By restoring the energy balance, the self-healing ability is supported, body awareness is increased and deep rest is created.

Zen
The Zen of Zen Shiatsu refers to a style within the Shiatsu tradition developed by Shizuto Masunaga. Masunaga combined techniques from traditional Japanese massage with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and Western medical knowledge.
In addition, zen shiatsu is distinguished by the importance of an inner quality, the presence of the therapist in full attention.
The shiatsu treatment
Shiatsu is given on a futon on the floor. Pillows and blankets are provided for comfort. The treatment is given on a clothed body, so it is nice if you wear clean and preferably loose cotton clothing and warm socks during the treatment.
