My background in yoga is critical alignment yoga.
In this form of yoga, posture is carefully examined. Good alignment means that the posture is carried from the centerline. In teaching and in my own development I have experienced that every body is different and there is no objective centerline. In class I therefore look at what suits your body right now and what you need right now.
My experience as a shiatsu therapist is also reflected in my classes. This means that sometimes I highlight certain meridians and/or acupuncture points to emphasize or clarify an aspect of a yoga practice.
What does yoga do?
In the lessons you will learn what movement patterns are, how they can arise and also how a posture can influence how you experience the space around you, how you are in the world. When you have physical complaints, you experience that you can do something about it yourself, so that you are not extradited to the pain.
Yoga can help with:
- Improving your posture
- Upper and lower back complaints
- Shoulder, neck and arm complaints (RSI)
- Sleeping problems
Yoga classes are possible in groups of at least 3 people, online and/or in the form of a workshop.
All classes are on request and on location only.

Based on this conversation, I make a proposal for a program and the costs. My location for workshops is Asharum Amonines in the Belgian Ardennes, but if you already have your own location, is that of course also a possibility.
